Frequently asked questions
How is my company size defined?
By your monthly sales before taxes. You choose the size when you sign up; after that HBS works it out from your own sales and lets you know before any change.
What happens if my company grows?
You only move up a size if you exceed the limit two months in a row, and we tell you before charging the new price. If your sales go down, the price goes down on its own.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the days left in the period. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next renewal.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the charge and let you know. If the account is still unpaid after 10 days, it switches to read-only: you can view and export all your information, but not create new documents. We never delete your data.
Do you have discount coupons?
Yes. If you have a coupon, enter it when you sign up or in your subscription settings.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You try all of HBS for 14 days and choose how to pay at the end.
